There is one in Waunakee off County Highway Q and there is one in DeForest off Norway Grove Schools Road. We also use the Dane County Landfill which north of US-12. For moving jobs, a truck can be rented from the U-Haul located in Middleton or Madison. Either you can rent the truck or we can do it for an extra fee.

My name is Mike and this is my eighth summer since joining the His Workmanship network. I’ve been good friends with the owner ever since our college days. Our relationship has grown over the years and I felt very respected throughout the whole process. I can work when I want to work and I can take off however many days I need to rest. Waunakee bills itself as “The Only Waunakee in the World.” The landmark Waunakee Railroad Depot located in the central part of town is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It now houses the Waunakee Area Chamber of Commerce offices. Waunakee added a local Village Center in 2006 that acts as a central nucleus for the community by offering a fitness center, senior center, meeting rooms, and a gymnasium. The Waunakee Business Park is a 160-acre business park development that hosts large and small business operations. The Waunakee Airport is a privately owned general aviation airport 1-mile south of the village center. A major employer in the village is Scientific Protein Laboratories.
